Our team develops a comprehensive and property specific marketing strategy. The property performance is continually assessed to determine the strategy that will obtain the client the highest recovery in the shortest amount of time.

title management
The preliminary title is ordered immediately upon receipt of a property assignment. Our title team works diligently to clear all title issues to ensure a smooth closing.

listing management
Once the property is listed, we analyze the agent’s marketing plan to ensure it is comprehensive and effective. Throughout the listing period, we review the number of showings, offer activity and buyer feedback to determine if the current strategy needs to be adjusted to sell the asset.

offer negotiation
All offers are responded to within 12 hours. Our negotiations team is trained to manage the art of negotiating real estate deals. We work to make sure we have attained the highest possible offer amount and best possible terms.

contract to close
Once an offer is accepted, we obtain all required documentation from the buyer, review the contract, and confirm all terms. The executed contract is forwarded to one of our title/escrow partners and our closing team resolves any open condition with title and the buyers’ lender to ensure an on-time closing.
